Free for you to use and download are two tables/diagrams from the book:

1. Restrictions on Transfers of Florida Homestead Property – a table that assists in determining what restrictions apply in a given situation based on the existence of spouses, minor children and/or other lineal descendants of the owner. We have it on good authority that copies of it are pinned or stapled up in the offices of many attorneys across Florida.
2. Protected Homestead and Related Diagrams – a diagram that helps in assist in exploring the relationship between homestead property and protected homestead, and the gifting, testamentary transfer, and post–death administrative aspects of such characterizations (or the absence of such characterizations).
